The Agista management team has been registered as AIFM, and the fund is currently being authorised as an AIF by the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF).

In addition to his flair for risky business management, Aurel has also focused on investment consulting, collaborating with teams of specialists in the Impetum Group ecosystem in selecting companies with investment potential.

He started in the capital market as an analyst and fund manager, and later moved to investment banking, where he helped clients with capital raising, company acquisitions, or sales of minority or majority stakes.

With a diversified experience of over 6 years, Otilia actively contributes to the investment decision-making process. She worked for more than 4 years as financial auditor in a Big4 company in Romania, time when she gained a wealth of experience in various industries and analyzed several business models.

Later, Otilia decided to pursue as financial analyst in M&A and capital market, position from which she participated in the closing of some domestic and international transactions.

Alexandra has 5 years of experience as a business lawyer, being specialized on corporate and commercial matters, while helping the companies to accomplish their business objectives.

Alexandra is working for and with private and public companies, being focused on overcoming important legal challenges. In this regard, she provides legal assistance on M&A deals, corporate governance, preparing the fundraising documents and structuring the transactions.
